So, I just completed the Sketchy on the Details quest, and I got my reward from the screaming mage... but there's still a quest arrow over his head. I try talking to him to activate it, but nothing happens. I left the area and came back, but it was still there. Also, in my Journal, it says that the quest has been updated. It informs me that I've killed all the assassins. But it's not complete? I'm confused. Is it a bug or does somebody have an answer for me?

Mine bugged out the same way, so I just left it and continued onward. Just like that other quest in act 3.
