'Unable to authorise the loaded DLC' - Arrival

I have the retail version of ME2 and am unable to play the Arrival DLC. I've installed the content from the .exe I downloaded from the store a lot of times, but still nothing.

Things I've tried:

Running as administrator
A simple reboot
Restarting the game countless times
Disabling auto-login in the online options

And now I'm stuck, because it says 'log into the Cerberus Network with the account you used to purchase the DLC.'
I bought the DLC with an account I made earlier on today (this one) on this site. It uses a different email to my EA online account which i made years ago. Is this the problem? Do I need to buy the DLC again using my ME2-registered account?

You should have purchased Arrival with the same account you have ME2 registered under. This is whats causing the problem. Contact EA support and get them to merge the accounts.

Same happened to me too. For Shadow broker and when I activated my Cerberus account otyher DLC's are working but Shadow broker is not.

I bought the arrival dlc with the same account and it still doesnt activate as it should do!

Ill give the ea people 2 days to solve the issue... then ill look for alternative ways to solve the problem.

Then why are you posting here? EA support is thataway -> http://support.ea.com/

However, if you want unofficial help from us on these forums, then I suggest you register the game on the forum, and post a proper error report as detailed in the "Read First" thread.
