Hi guys!

Just wondering if anyone can help me with this.

I purchased ME2 for my pc towards the end of last year & after installing the game I naturally redeemed the Cerberus Network code. I did this using my EA log in.

Since then, I've had to reformat my hdd to sort some problems out. I recently re-installed ME2 back onto the pc but everytime I try to input the code I'm told that this code is already in use. I realise that this is a one time code but I thought that as long as I logged in using the same details then I should be able to re-download the free add-ons? I have ME2 for my 360 and that's the case with the Live account.

Any help with this would be much appreciated...cheers folks!

You need to click profile on the left there and then "my registered game content" there you will find links to download all the DLC you have redeemed or purchased.

Cheers for the feedback guys. The thing is Moondoggie, is that when I click the links to download the content, it only tells me that I should be able to download both but doesn't provide a link for the pc download. It only tells me what I have to do for X-Box Live.

The other thing is that it does confirm that I have it as registered game content as it does show on that page!

I've emailed EA so I'll just have to wait & see. I'll post un update when I get one. Cheers again for the comments :0)

I don't have cerberus network in my registered dlc and it won't let me buy it.

Hi again guys.

Just to let you know that when I started ME2 earlier I was signed straight into the Cerberus Network & that all applicable free content was ready to download from "my registered game content" page.

That was really quickly sorted out considering I only sent the email last night. Hope this helps.
