Script for disarming nwn Player created traps?

If I got this right this is my understanding of how the default nwn player created traps work (specifically for placing a trap on the ground): When the player uses one of the trap kits, one of the trap triggers is created at the location.

Now I know how to paint traps in the toolset or how to put them on chests, door, and objects for players to disarm and then how to script it so that players get xp for disarming them or create a new trap kit for the player,etc... What I don't understand is how to alter any scripting for disarming nwn player created traps on the ground. I looked at the blueprints for the default trap triggers and they don't have any disarming scripts in them.

I'm wondering if this system is hard coded or if there are default module scripts that run when the player created traps are disarmed that can be altered? I'd really prefer to use vanilla nwn stuff so that I don't have to go making a bunch of new blue prints.
