Seriously, I thought that was somewhat cheap. Either the game should have ended for good, or allowed us to finish the quests we left unfinished in Act III.
All we can do post-game is go to the Black Emporium and chill?

Are your mansion storage chests empty? I've only beaten this game once so far (I restarted a few times), and realizing all my loot was missing was very irritating.

Yes they reset after beating the game. I dunno if it's intentional or not. But at least you can access storage right before the final boss anyway.
