I have unintentionally set up accounts with both of my email addresses. I have games, promos, and DLC on both. I would like to consolidate them all into one account so that I can get my cross-game bonuses. I have read through the FAQ and tried to contact help, but the link is broken. (help.bioware.com) So is the one to contact the web devs. to report a problem. (http://social.biowar...elp_contact.php)

Please tell me how I can get my information merged into one account and delete the second so I can get all the benefits from the games I have purchased.

Wow, Really Bioware? No response after almost a month? Do you even read these posts?

If I delete one of these accounts will it free up the codes attached to it so that I can apply it to the other account?

DLC isn't tied to your BioWare account but to the EA account associated with it. You can delete the BW account you don't want to use, but it won't free up the DLC. The only way to get it all consolidated is through EA support by having them transfer the DLC entitlements that are on the old account onto the new one you wish to use.

Okay, so the broken links on the Bioware site were aggrevating, as was the cross-site navigation and the help forms on EA's site which force you to pick a game to get help with, even if the issue isn't specific to a game.

...but having said that, once I figured out who to contact and filled out anything to get through the form and requested a call back, I got a great helpful friendly tech on the phone. He worked with me for almost an hour to get my accounts straightened out and made sure that I had all of my content consolidated. Kudos to EA on thier helpful support and thank you for getting it taken care of for me. You have made me a happy gamer.

Now, please fix the online presence :D

Maybe this will help some. I am not certain if its because the EA site is not compatibble with IE 9 but the site comes up in non-HTML format and will just freeze up and not let you "update my info". I happen to have other browsers and used one of those and the site came up in all its splendor intsead of looking like a windows note pad. Logged in and clicked update my information and it let me change my email address then.

P.S.
Logged into it again with IE9 in compatible mode and it works with IE9 then.
