Trouble on Hard difficulty

I've been playing Hawke as a Dual Wielding Rogue on Hard difficulty and I've been doing semi alright until a question which took me a long time to beat... The battle in question was Isabelas first quest and the battle was the guy you fight in the chantry.

This is my setup-

Hawke: Dual Wielding Rogue
Str- 10
Dex- 32
Wp- 15
Ma- 10
Cun- 28
Con- 10

Hes has all of the dual wield chain besides lacerate which I'm not going to bother with, he has the speed sustained ability for faster attacks, back to Back and Evade for sticky situations, Mark of Death, pinpoint, and blindside for damage.

Varric: Archer Rogue
Str- 10
Dex- 35
Wp- 15
Ma- 10
Cun- 20
Con- 12

He has the entire archer tree as well as the archer talents from his specialization tree, evade for escapes,  speed for faster attacks, and chameleons breath as well as miasmic flask for crowd control.

Anders: Healer
Str- 10
Dex- 10
Wp- 25
Ma- 30
Cun- 15
Con- 12

He has the entire creation tree for healing and crowd control, the two frost talents for damage, and he has the panacea and regroup for reviving allies.

Fenris: 2H Warrior
Str- 32
Dex- 10
Wp- 15
Ma- 10
Cun- 12
Con- 25

Entire 2h tree for damage dealing, might for more damage, lyrium ghost and the other two talents, and pummel with the other talent for escaping trouble.

Thats it, not sure whats wrong here.

Avaline -Tank / Merrill -Lightning, Petrify, Controller Spells / Anders -Healer, Fireballs & Ice / Hawke -DPS Archer

That'll make it easy. You need a Tank with 2 to 1 ratio of Constitution over Strength plus lots of Aggro abilities, such as Battle Synergy. This is what I like to use for Nightmare.

Too different, I don't want to majorly change everything around I just want to know what I can fix.

Ok, then give Fenris a higher constitution and abilities that disregard knockdown. Battle Synergy will still be good, but he WILL have to have higher constitution.

I don't use Anders companion skills because they heavily limit his capabilities. I use the full Healer array of speels, and from his companion talents I just plug in enough to get his cool down capabilities. I would also pick up the AOE fire spells, as they can be great help in wittiling away at mobs. Just make sure to target those spells yourself otherwise he'll kill your tank.

But really, the Battle Synergy will keep the mobs away from your rogues and mage with great effect. You need a tank (Fenris is fine), or atleast use one unitl you're more adept at the game.

I would suggest bringing Avaline for tanking, since neither fenris nor yourself are tough (especially you, dear god 10 con wtf). Seriously I usually end up 18-20 con on ranged support when playing hard, 25 for melee and 30+ for tank.

Archery tree is rubbish on varric btw, use him for crowd control and confusion spam. He will end up having no real damage abilities, but his personal tree and specialist make normal attacks hit for huge damage.

I usually ran anders with rock armour to keep him alive, along with some arcade like mind blast and force field when needed. Also since all the abilities for healing etc are percentage based, I tend to give anders as little magic as possible. Some staffs have no requirements, so no need for it.

Feel free to ignore me though.

I would suggest also take Aveline as Tank and drop Fenris off. Aveline is really good for survive.
