I like that many dwarves stood up in this thread and showed that they can more than compensate for what they may lack in height. I really don't get the dwarf-hate. Rather show some love.

And I will play a dwarf, though not first playthrough, but not just to see....

No, that's not the reason I'm going to play dwarfs - I want to play every origin at least once. Seeing how amusing the love scenes are for romances is just an added bonus.

Not if the dwarf PC drinks all the others into a drunken stupor .

I would also make a dwarf templar just for the kicks of mage killing supermecy.

I wont be playing a dwarf. I read a preview of the game in the local PC Gamer and they spoke of the starting line for the dwarf, so that kinda spoiled it for me. I dont want to know what will happen, so I either roll a human or a elf. Later on I might roll a dwarf

I will play every possible combination of the game simply out of curiousity. Whether it be human, elf, or dwarf. Then when modders create more so shall I play.

Even more if the dog ignores all your commands during battle and just runs straight to your PC. Then your PC tries to kick him away while continuing the battle.

Well I won't be playing a dwarf just for that .. but it will be something I will probably be looking forward to seeing.. I'm sure the scenes will be all over youtube before I even get around to playing my dwarf.



Some crazy modder out there will no doubt script a romance between the pc and the dog. So that's also something to look forward to.

Yes but it's a bit different from scripting a scene with digital actors that has to work for characters of the same size and two very different sizes.

I kind of guess what they really did was script the cut scenes differently for dwarf characters.
