Hey, so i was playing arrival just a bit ago and the game froze up on me. No problem happens every once in awhile. Except now every time i try to start back up it gets to the splash screen, i push start, and then it fades to black and there is no sound. Anyone have this or know what the issue is?

I'm trying to get to the doctor on Aratoht without being detected... any time I mess up I go to reload a previous save and my xbox locks up. After a restart, I get exactly what you're describing.

It seems the autosave is being corrupted by something, I have to copy the save file to my PC and delete the autosave before I can even get back to ME2's main menu.

Yeah I finally realized it was in the save, but i didn't know it was just the auto save so i just used the copy i keep on my computer. I'm gonna have to do like three side missions that weren't done yet in the last save i have and I didn't even have time to finish last night so I'm really anxious for the day to end to go play it again, but at least i didn't lose this save like i thought i would.

Same problem although I can't even get in to play arrival lol. I got in once but I came back after an hour or so and can't get back in again.

I agree the Autosave was the problem...once removed I could load my save
