 Its just bugged out, i have tried unistalled and reinstalling but  with no luck.

I first can't talk her to give her the intel, then when i can talk to her i can't get a cab it just doesn't let me use it.

Any help would be great

1) Please register the game on the forums. This is not an accusation, but given the spate of users with illegally downloaded copies coming to the forums asking for help, forum registration is the only way we can be sure we are dealing with a legit copy.
