So, after beating arrival for the first time(Very fun, by the way) I was going to do a second runthrough with a different Shep and try and play some things differently. But when I switched to my second character, the one I DIDN'T use the first time through Arrival, everything was labeled completed. The Journal entry listed all the objectives completed and was greyed out, the upgrades I found through Arrival were also done, and interacting with the terminal didn't start the mission.

So, is Arrival supposed to be a one-time thing or what?

Addional Info: Both are mostly Paragon Sheps, first playthrough was with a level 30 Soldier on Insanity, second character is a level 30 Adept on Hardcore; both are post SM and all missions and DLC completed, 100% systems explored. Both were on the Normandy when I loaded the save, and I did restart my game inbetween. First character started mission in the Serpent Nebula(Citadel) second was at Illium.
