I was thinking... I wish I could have Hackett as a choice for council recommendation at the end of ME1. I'd rather have him over Udina and as much as I like Cpt. Anderson, I like Hackett more. My friends call him "The Voice."

Back then in ME1 times BioWare might not have been considering Hackett to be a major character, now that they made him a big player it is too late, beacuse I wouldn't kick out Anderson, even if I could since I like him too and is wise as Councilor
