 Hi.  I just finished the game today.  And there was post campaign auto-save.

Thinking of making a second playthrough as a different class, I made a "new game".  But now my old saved files are now gone.... I didn't intend to overwrite the whole game.  I was planning on doing a different save file.

Did I totally loose my game?  Or is there a way to retrieve that file?  I don't want to make the same story line again with the same class all over again.  I'm new to Dragon Age and I didn't know these things happen.  Usually even if you click new game, you can do so without overwriting the entire old saved files.

Dude, click on load, then press whatever button is "switch character". "X" for x-box i believe, not sure what it is for the other platforms.

That's where it is! Awesome! Damn I thought all that hard work got lost. Now how do you make a hard copy of this?

load the auto save, and do a manual save.
