I know the post is not directed at me, however, I dont think DLCs will replace new games, but I am sure that DLCs will replace EXPANSIONS. At least if DLCs sell well.

So,
1) DLCs are outrageously expensive
2) They are mutually exclusive with traditional expansions.
3) Thats why i dont buy them
