So I just finished the game. At the end, when facing off with Meredith in the courtyard, Carver and Cullen stepped in front of Meredith when she started to go all crazy like. They said something about "you'll have to get through me....and me". Fine and dandy.

After that however, the thing seemed to jump from the end of those words - "and me" -  to Meredith facing down Hawke and friends, without either of the two of them to be seen in the cutscene (they did help in the battle though). It seems like it skipped some stuff because all the templars that were there disappeared, and Carvers hair turned white....for no reason. Well, I'm guessing there's a reason, but I didn't see it. I definitely didn't press a button to skip it or anything, and I loaded it a couple of times and this always happened.

Well that's definitely not supposed to happen... the thing about Carver's hair sounds really strange. And this happens every time? :S I usually get a specific cutscene where Fenris disappears when he's supposed to be visible, but nothing this crazy.

Yeah, I was looking around the courtyard for Carver when the battle started and I couldn't find him - until I looked at the white haired guy attacking Meredith. I thought it was Fenris (even though I had just killed him), but when I pulled the left trigger it showed his name. And on closer inspection his face is Carver's.

And yeah, this happens every time. So there's no cutscene I'm missing?

Carver had white hair in my final battle as well, although all the animations and cut scenes and so forth he was still normal.  Don't worry it's not a missed plot point, just a failed texture load.
