mass effect 3 can start with shepard going to earth and testify at a military court for his actions that took place in batarian space, shepard enters the court room and testifys that he did what he did to prevent the reaper threat, turian military judge: air quotes (( ah yes reapers)) thats a fairy tale, turian judge also mentions shepards temporary alliance with cerbrus and acusses him of betraying the council and the spectres, ( court room is silent and is in awe after hearing that second charge),: shepard stands up and says: two years ago i sacrificed alot of my own people to not just save the citadel but the council as well, i took down the collector's base wile this council labeled me K.I.A, if anything you should let me continue doing  what i do!  turian judge: signals for guards to take commander shepard into custody and to be placed into holding cell  till verdict is determined. shepard; sitting in his cell pasing back and forth processing the thoughts in his head looks to the left outside the cell and see's a shadowy figure dodging the sight of the two guards, the shadowy figure knocks both guards out and reveals himself to shepard. thane; hang on shepard we are busting you out. shepard : we?

 voices are heard in court room and liara t'soni is arguing with turrian judge to distract him wile thane springs shepard loose.


shepard and thane run out of the cell block and run right into admiral hackett.


hackett: go i'll cover you


shepard: are you sure sir?


hackett: go damnit!

shepard and thane run and turn a corner and bump right into asari council member...


asari council member: shepard what are you doing?

shepard: stays silent


asari council member: reaches for comm and before she can get a apb out she heard a loud boomb over the comm
