Is it possible to import a creature from another game into NWN2 Toolset?

I have been sorely pissed off with the poor selection of dragons in NWN2, especially the lack of a Dracolich. While playing LotRO I came across the exact model that should be in NWN2. I don't mean "it's so cool it should be in NWN2", I mean that it is the exact model that should we should have almost as if Obsidian did make a Dracolich but then sold it to Turbine instead of putting it in the Toolset.

Is it possible?

I have absolutely no clue about this sort of thing, so if it is possible I can tell someone else what to look for so they can put it on the Vault (LotRO is a free MMO) for us to finally have a proper Dracolich.
