Am I the only one who thinks the whole Meredith fight was done really really badly? She turned into a mega-super-super-sayan jumping baffoon.. It seriously just looked like something from a cartoon show.. I hope the Maker struck her for those reasons...
Better than the human reaper.

It was somewhat silly yes, but the fight itself was very awesome at least.

You forget the little fact that the story is told by an exaggerating dwarf.

I don't think they'll pull that about the final fight, as it would just be even more dumb. If Cassandra calls BS on a dragon appearing she'd call BS on that fight unless she had reason to believe it.

She channeled too much energy for her body/mind to handle and was transformed.silver-crescent wrote...
Is she struck by the Maker or something?
That's actually the first thing I thought when I met her in Act 3. "She had a cool sword. I must be able to fight her and get it."Wulfram wrote...
Damn it, I wanted to loot her cool sword

Or she just accepted the exaggerated action. She called bull**** on Flemeth because she didn't believe that Flemeth and Hawke were connected, not because the action sequence was over the top.Herr Uhl wrote...

I don't get peoples' problem with the human reaper. Why else would the collectors have abducted so many humans otherwise? Just to be evil?

Haha.
Normally, you wouldn't oppress and lobotomise a group of people for the way they were born.
Lyrium, not even once..
