I am trying to redeem my Cerberus Network with the code I am given in my copy of ME2. The reason for this is because I cannot play any DLC without it. But it has been AGES since I've played and I've forgotten everything to do with that network. I tried to redeem it through the Social network and the same message popped out again. I think it's due to my EA account being different to before. But now I am not sure whats the problem. This is a HUGE kick to the balls, as I have payed over £30 for this DLC.

It's a one-use code, the DLC is bound to your account the first time you use it. After that you get it from Profile -> your registered game content.

Yes I have managed to download it, but it seems that I will not be able to use it without the network. I cannot redeem my code thus I cannot log in, therefore I cannot use the DLC :/ thanks for replying btw.

If you're not logging in on the account that's authorized for your DLC, that is indeed the problem. If you need multiple accounts merged, talk to EA Support.

Thats the problem. I have no idea what my EA account was before-hand. I don't think I even had one. The last time I played ME2 was probably last year, and I've done alot since then, forgetting about ME2 completley. I will see EA support though, thank you for your quick reply.

I have gone to their support page. Theres nothing that makes sense there, and nothing that is related to my problem. I'll try to post something with some sort of sense later :-)

I fixed it. I looked around and found out that my EA account auto login was enabled. I disabled that and logged in with my old details. Done and done. Thanks a million for responding btw :-)
