Are we dealing with strictly EA now? Is Bioware a thing of the past? That would be sad.

Same problem here: downloaded Arrival, but its nowhere. No private terminal message, no new system, nothing. How useless. I should not have to plough through 1000 problem blogs to get Bioware DLC to work. Unfortunatley it is starting to look like deteriorating quality standards at Bioware, which means ME3 may be buggy and rubbish as well. I am going to ask for my points to be refunded.

What part of the game are you at? You can't do Arrival until you you complete Horizon.
