I agree with his review of Dragon age 2. Bioware took a good game and catered to the console kids and made the game able to be played by a 10 year old. I think if you look at the DAO story and DA2 story you find that DA2 is actually a far more adult story , a personal story , not a cliche save the world story.I cant take any poster serious who says " catering to console users" , while coming across as a 14 year old himself. Remember DAO and KOTOR were console games as well , both brilliant . So console gamers loved DAO as much as PC gamers , it sold more on console in fact.

It was said on another thread the PC sale estimate for DA:O was over 2 million. So you're wrong. Just sayin'

He was dead wrong about Demon's Souls and DC Universe Online tho.
He even did the classic mistake of saying "I picked gadgets, then gadgets again..."
you'd have to play DCUO to understand that when someone says that, = Did not play the game for more than 20 minutes
Same thing for Demon's Souls his review only goes up to the FIRST LEVEL of the game ROFL. He quit at the "wow this is hard spot" for players that are level 1.

Ok, I don't care who you are, but that review was funny.
To break some stereotypes here about console players, my wife and I always get both a console (XBox 360) and PC version of the games we like. We do this so that we can both play the game at the same time. I enjoy games on my XBox, but that doesn't mean I'm a console fanboy who wants a game dumbed down, nor do I want to feel like the PC version is my only choice to get the full experience of the game. Origins was awesome on the console and the PC; DA2 was not awesome on any platform.

Heh, that's a funny game, i played it for a bit recently.
blow up stuff, MAKE MONEY $$$, shoot bad guys, MAKE MONEY ... lol
the plot and voice acting were really bad too, it's like if they did a Direct-to-video version
of Predator or something and hired actors from the D-list.

Really? I thought the voice acting they pulled off rather well. The plot, not sure how you can make a judgement, as there is very little there.

Price isn't really the issue the DA2 haters have with DA2. Their issue is that it's not DA:O. But, their new hero, "Yahtzee", dumps on DA:O and prefers a game they wouldn't no matter what the price. Everything "Yahtzee" complain about in DA:O is present in DA2, such as "pants".
