I recently got ME again last X-mas an I checked my achievements an I did have 40 or so unlocked an it only shows 3 or 4 on the achievements tab. In the normandy on the captains deck in the achivement log thing it says I have say 5/5 of something done but it still shows the cheevo as locked. My brother looked an it showed all of mine on his account. I was worried that my actions will not carry over to ME3. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this my GT is Doctalen i:blush:

The first question that pops into my mind is: are you sure you were playing on your own Gamertag at the time?
As I understand it, assuming the way save games import from ME to ME2 is a model of how they will proceed in the future, the achievements in and of themselves have no effect on the importing of save files. Unless they are things like level 30 achievements which gives you a bonus when importing; but they are not connected to decisions in the game as such.
Decisions are in your save files, which I assume you have, so you should be able to import without losing them.
I will state as a matter of fact that I am only speculating as ME3 is not available to me at the time of writing.

I would sign in and check on xboxlive.com and see what it says for your acct. If it's correct, maybe you console is not syncing it correctly? I would try deleting ME files from the hard drive and removing the ME achievements from the console, the reinstalling the game.. Unless you did that already at one point but never went online?
