Admiral Hackett returns to the Mass Effect series in the new Mass Effect 2 DLC Arrival. Appearing only as a voice in Mass Effect 1 (voiced by actor Lance Henriksen star of Aliens and Terminator) , he plays a much larger role in the new Arrival DLC.

Admiral Steven Hackett is the second most manliest man in the galaxy, Commander Shepard obviously being number one. Or number one in case of Shepard being a female.
Reason why he doesn't have age listed is obvious too, no one has ever dared to ask it due respect.
