Lance Henriksen was also the star of Chris Carter's "Millenium" series back in the late 90's, which was very good, though incredibly disturbing in many episodes. He's one of my favorite underrated actors and I was thrilled more by his appearance than any other part of the DLC, sorry to say.
Kudos to Bioware for bringing back his talent!

hackett is brilliant - by far and away the best alliance character in mass effect, he has a nice ruthless edge. lance henriksen is awesome - that is all.

I love Hackett, and his appearance was pretty good, but I felt like it was a bit off wrt his voice, I think he needed to be a bit thicker. Maybe have him put on a few pounds if he's appearing in Mass Effect 3.

Hm, to me it's a heavy hint that he will return in ME3 in a prominent role.
I mean, you don't just add a character profile for a DLC char.
And if he does take part of ME3's main storyline, then hell yeah, that's the best thing I've heard about ME3 yet.

So...its been a year now - are we ever going to get profiles for the two "unclassified" characters? Everybody who cares about ME2's storyline knows who they are, and those who don't wouldn't feel obligated to check the games main webpage for information anyway.
What do you guys lose by keeping their profiles a secret at this point?

Hackett is awesome and its pretty cool an admiral like him is roughly as powerful as Anderson or Udina politically. Hopefully he will be a major character in ME3 along with Anderson. Maybe a confrontation between TIM and Hackett?

I have a feeling hackett will sacrifice his life and his fleet as heroes to give shepard some more time for w/e shepard needs to get done, that would be pretty epic Mass effect 3 has to be the most awesome of them all, its the last one after all. They need to look at it and be proud of it. awesome and dramatic action war scenes its a must. It must make me have all this kind of feelings.

I'd love to see Hackett play a much bigger part in ME3. Unlike the Council he understands that sometimes you have to do 'questionable' things to complete a mission for the good of the galaxy. He's a military man and Shep's wasted enough time dealing with politicans. With Hackett and Anderson on his side Shep may be able to finally have some support from the Alliance.
