This may or may not be a glitch but around the end of the game if you decide to kill Anders, when you stab him from behind, there's no blade hitting flesh sound, that gushy sound if you know what I mean. Same goes for if Meredith kills Bethany. I understand with Anders the wound is small, but with Bethany, she gets a big sword pierced into her back through her stomach and yet there's no wound, no blood spatter, its like she's a hologram acting out the scene. In other scenes you saw enemies being cut in half and such but not here.
