In preperation for a second playthrough I wanted to know if there are any know methods to avoid a few bugs/glitches I've encountered along the way -

First Merrill's companion quest a new path - any way to avoid seeing the end conversation(s) before the quest is completed? I've tried talking to Alistair before entering her house but she still kicks off weeping in front of the mirror. Add in that she didnt smash the thing which I've heard she should do.

Second In the DLC mission Leliana seemed to simply say she travelled with the warden. Having Imported a save file with leliana romanced I was expecting her to mention it - I've seen it mentioned that she does so. I used the save from the end of the witch dlc - should I use awakenings or even just the origins save. I really hate the idea that on top of everything it wants to invalidate the ending of origins where (to my mind at least) for a fair amount of time the warden stayed with leliana and left only for some higher unknown purpose. Not that shes hanging around with the chantry divine whatever and he's known as the hero of fereldan and hanging about around denerim (according to Bann Teagan at least). What happened to warden commander?

Third - the DLC achievements - how can I get them? Seems like doing the tasks i should does not make them register.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really want to get a fair shake from this game before I start saying that it's not so good if you want a game which is a sequal to origins.

 Not sure on avoidance methods, but if you'd post your discovered bugs/glitches/etc. social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/304/index/6852836 here, I'm trying to get them cataloged in the hopes that patches or mods (sadly I'm on console.. ) get created to address them!

Any help at all would be appreciated - even a simple notification that they cannot be avoided.
