Okay, so I get it, they hit hard, they have crazy amounts of health, they use and steal potions, they randomly target enemies near them on occasion - that's all fine and dandy.
Recently, I've been noticing assassins using their backstab attack even while not stealthed. They just sort of ... hit me, even when they don't use the stealth ability. I know it is the backstab attack because I've visually seen one walk up and one shot a character on more than one occasion now without even going into stealth mode (this is for nightmare difficulty).
Unsure if this is a bug or not - dealing with assassin class enemies

If they stealth and for whatever reason their stealth wears out (it has a duration) they still attempt to use backstab on you. At this point, im pretty sure a disable of some kind will stop them for continuing their backstabbing ways
