 I mean characters that have never showed up but have been mentioned in the story and that look somewhat likely to show up in the future.

Empress Celene for me. She seems all sorts of amazing.

I definitely want to meet Divine Justinia V as well, she's right up there with Celene for me. I only didn't include her in my post because the truth she has actually already showed up (as Mother Dorothea).

Who was Mother Dorothea and when did we meet her?

She was in Leliana's Song, she helped Leliana escape prison and whatnot. That's why Leliana works for the Divine now, they go back a long way.

I'd like to personally interact with Cassandra, I know we see a lot of her but we never get to talk to her and she intrigues me along with the rest of the of the Seekers.

I'd also like to meet the Divine, I know we got to interact with her as Leliana but neither the Warden or Hawke have met her and a lot of time has passed between when we met her in Leliana's Song and when she becomes the Divine. I want to get to know her.

Honestly, I'd like to meet more people from the Chantry and interact with them more because except for the Grand Cleric and Revered Mother Dorothea I haven't really liked any of the Chantry folk we've met and since I'm very pro-Chantry it annoys me there haven't been many I could actually like.

Truth, Cassandra looks immensely promising as well. I can already tell my f!Hawke (or f!Orlesian Shoe Merchant or whatever) is gonna be loving her long timez

The first Warden could be interesting. The Orlesian Empress, definately... the masters of the House of Crows would be intriguing too.

1. CASSANDRA!   I hope we get to interact with her!

2.  The rest of the Qunari Triumvirate.  If the Arishok is killed in a person's game by Hawke, I'm curious as to their reaction.  I'd also like to meet the "Brain" (or is it the Head ) the most out of the remaining two.  Well, that is until the Arishok is replaced.

Definitely Celene - I've wanted to know more about her since RtO.

I would also love to go to Weisshaupt and meet the wardens there, and maybe we might even see if Fiona is still alive and well.

Yeah, she becomes the Divine in the time jump between Act 1 and 2 and the only way you know about it is through one of the Codex entries. Dorothea becomes Justinia V mostly from the reccommendation of the previous Divine before her death.

I'm really looking for that meeting more than anything else, forget Morrigan's Cthulhu or Cassandra, being snarky with the First Warden is what Dragon Age is really about

Empress Celene and the Divine. Two reasons i want DA3 to take place in Orlais. Of course there are interesting characters in the north too, but for now this two i need to meet.

I thought she was the one from Leliana's song? It fits so nicely with Leliana being her right hand.

Yes she's from Leliana's song. And I dunno about the anime, I think they haven't mentioned it in a while. Still looking forward to it though.
