Why are people saying Arrival contradicts ME2 ending?

Second, if the Reapers want to use the Alpha Relay, why the hell they keeped the asteroid intact?
Unfortunately, the scientist they indoctrinated wasn't keeping an antimatter bomb in her rectum, so they had to resort to just not actually using the asteroid. Also, it's implied that the indoctrination process asserted itself mostly by way of introducing indecision and turning that indecision into Reaper worship, so the indoctrinated humans simply decided to change their intentions. If they're not going to ram the asteroid into the relay themselves, what danger does the asteroid pose?
Also, Relays can stand a Supernova, but not an asteroid? WTF! Supernovas are the force that create a galaxy, no matter what size we are talking about, the energy of a nova are trillions more strong than a direct impact of a rock!
It's also an outward force that isn't made of solid energy. A direct impact by a solid object and a massive (but distant) blast of energy are two different things. If a relay is far enough away in its orbit, it's not inconceivable that the blast of a supernova would have pushed the relay away rather than actually damaging it. A direct, high-speed collision with a comet or asteroid, on the other hand, doesn't leave much room for interpretation--either the relay breaks, or it does not (although in the later case it could be thrown from its present orbit, which could cause all manner of complications).
Force applied isn't the only factor. The form the force takes is also something to think about. So is distance.
Cerberus were the n.azis in the first game, but now are the saviours of the universe?
You're just realizing this part now? Were you paying attention at all during the main game?

What contradiction(s)? "BS of worst kind" is pretty strong stuff.
Let's see...
In ME1 and in ME2 people who stay near the Reaper artifacts become husks, always, not Harbingers. The "glow" around Kenson eyes is because Harbinger possessed her, the voice even change.
Second, if the Reapers want to use the Alpha Relay, why the hell they keeped the asteroid intact? Why not destroy it? No, you have to keep your enemy at bay, it's the smart thing to do.
Hackett send Shepard in a Covert-OP, the evidence against him/her is shody at best, but Earth needs a scapegoat for the Batarias (in Hackett exact words), so there will be a trial? And why does Shepard have to be court martialed when it was a COVERT OP?! WTF Hackett? There is any evidence left after that supernova? Yeah right, cool friend we have, hun?
Cerberus did not know any of this or even got a tip about it? Nice one bros.
Also, Relays can stand a Supernova, but not an asteroid? WTF! Supernovas are the force that create a galaxy, no matter what size we are talking about, the energy of a nova are trillions more strong than a direct impact of a rock!
Cerberus were the n.azis in the first game, but now are the saviours of the universe?
That's why people are calling a lot of events in the DLC "retcon".
I call this BS.
To your first point: from eden Prime waay back, we know that the husks are repurposed bodies only, not minds.
To your second point: the asteroid was left intact because it wasn't until someone stuck engines on the thing and actually flew it at the relay that it was any kind of threat. To follow your logic, you'd need to blow ANYTHING up that could be a threat, which is just silly.
To your third point, it is clear by implication that the Batarians know humans were involved - after all, the doctor herself is captured and interrogated, so the Batarians are already aware that humans are engaged in covert activities in their system. Do you think they wouldn't have communicated this fact to their home world or similar?
To your fourth point: It's Hackett's mission, it's ended disastrously, he has to give Shepherd up, and Shepherd understands this.
Fifthly; Cerberus doesn't know everything that's going on. That's all.
Sixth: the supernova pushed the relay some distance through space, from a long way out. The asteroid, and it was massive, hit dead-on - that's a helluva lot of inertia converted to kinetic energy.
Seventh: your science is just.....off. It's worth a read-up.
8th: Cerberus aren't the saviours of anything. We are. We've repurposed the N7 ourselves.
Finally, a small but useful point: none of these things are actual contradictions within the meaning of the word as I understand it.

Wait wait wait! Where do we se another supernova than in the Arrival ending?? Maybe i dont remember but... I dont think there was any supernova in ME1?
It's in the Codex for ME1, where it talks about the relay being knocked out of it's intended orbit/away from its' location by a nearby supernova.

They just do not seem capable of plotting a believable story. There's just to much contradicting stuff going on that's never clearly explained. People here on the forum can try to fill in the glaring holes with conjecture but why don't the writers themselves explain what happened in the game so I won't need this forum for some speculation on how it would make sense. Because nothing in the two games I played seemed to suggest the reapers could get here in shepards lifetime without using a mass relay. Maybe they are even using a mass relay to get to the alpha relay for all I know but show this to us.
Even if this is true this would raise more questions like why would they have waited 1500 years since the rachni war to come here. Why did Sovereign go to all the trouble with Saren. And why did they bother with building a human reaper.
The fact just is that the writers do not seem to know where they are going with the story they make it up as they are going along. There's nothing wrong with that it's just a video game but I'm hoping sometime in the future Bioware might consider consulting with an actual published writer on plotting a story because I feel that could make the games even better then they are already.
