Is this a good sentinel build?

Planned build @ level 30:
Heavy Throw-10
Warp-6
Assault Armor-10
Overload-3
Full Cryo Blast-10
Guardian-10
Bonus Power-1
Yeah, I know that leaves me with a point left over I can't use, but I really want to max out both throw and cryo blast. So for my bonus power I'm going to need a 1-point wonder, thinking maybe stasis or neural shock, but not sure. Suggestions?
Advanced weapons training is going to be either shotguns or assault rifles, I'm planning on playing like an assault sentinel.

If you're going all out assault sentinel , then Wrap seems redundant. Don't get me wrong its a great power, one of the best in the game. But you could always run with someone else with it, and take Armor piercing ammo as bonus power. Essentially it keeps Warp off your spell rotation and you can "Double Warp" with your squamate's power when you recharge your armor.
Armour piercing gets rid of armours (Duh) and you can Overload shields. A quick Cryo blast later and you can finish them off in melee or at range.
Alternatively you could go with Garrus and Mordin for the same result. Last time i ran with Mordin his cryo recharge was off the charts , but that was fully upgraded. You'd still have a limited use for Warp and Overload , but it combines well with Garrus's and Mordin's power to strip away defenses real fast. Though it requires you to cast as well so its a little less "assaulty".
Edit : I suppose that you could go with flashbang if you're going the Garrus / Mordin type. I'd wonder if the Evolved damage might be preferable in that circumstance. On a side note Cryo is good , but i haven't seen a situation where the evolved radius version made the difference. That said i haven't played my sentinel for very long in ME2.

Saaziel, assault sentinel might be a bit misleading, but it's the best term I can think of. I plan to mix up casting powers with getting in and shooting.

It's an interesting build, for sure. Personally though, I can't imagine not maxing Warp and Overload on a Sentinel.

Stasis and Shotgun training would serve your build better, with greater flexibility. And you will probably find yourself spamming Tech Armor. I know I did.
The Shotgun sentinel has been my favorite class/build in the game even though the Vanguard still gives me an adriline dump...
I tend to not rely on my companions much as I would rather be able to solo things as necessary so instead of Stasis, I chose Warp ammo. With this class/build combo, you'll be killing things so fast that an extra CC didn't really fit my play style.

Besides all enemies on Insanity having at least 1 layer of defense, I don't find the higher ranks of throw to be that useful, unless you're going for Area Throw, but Area Throw is going to be basically worthless on Insanity. In my experience the 2 ranks of throw required to unlock warp are more than enough to work as YMIR cc, knock enemies off ledges, etc.

Throw field is great on the reaper corpse. Makes quick work of the husks. Gotta strip their armor first of course.
For my insanity sentinal I went with reave for my bonus power. Makes very quick work of barriers and armor and it incapacitates organic enemies that have stripped defenses, making them ridiculously easy to gun down. Also reave works instantly instead of having to launch it so although it won't go around corners if you use it on anyone out in the open you'll never miss.

Sure, it's got situational usefulness, and I'd say it'd be perfectly advisable to retrain out of Overload and into Throw Field for the 2-3 missions with a bunch of husks, but in 90% of combat scenarios I just don't see it being useful on Insanity. On Veteran or below? Sure. Throw Field is OP.
