I just got the game me2 pc and every time i click on the play launcher it stopes working ,i got all the patches and also i have a new gaming pc up to date win7 pro . any ideas on whats going on the first game works good no trouble but this one i dont no?

Read this thread's OP you posted in, and try any trouble shooting ideas in it first.

If non of the known fixes work, then post specs and info according to ^ thread, in a new or existing thread below that is close to your issue.  But without data on your machine, drivers included, there is zero hope of helping you.

Also a quick fix is to run the game in XP compatibility mode, and some Intel chips to NOT run it in XP compatibility mode if you are.

hi, I read the post on 2.2.10 and clink on the "link" which was on the same post but I don't understand and I am lost. I am running windows 7 Pro 32-bit.

Did you try disabling ECN first, or did you click on th link and start reading through that thread?

Hi there,

Can you please tell me how to back up my Spepard for ME3? I need to wipe my pc and reinstall windows 7, so need to back up my save games/characters for importing into ME3 when it is released next year. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not going to be updating this anymore. If someone else would like to take the reins, feel free to start a new thread. You have my blessing to copy the current version, get a mod to de-sticky this and pin the new one up, etc.

Kloreep, I would suggest asking a moderator to lock it at its current state, and only after someone else want to do something similar, then it might be replaced.

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I got ME2 from steam and after downloading up to date drivers and installing new I still only get a black screen that says no video support. But great audio.
