A Long, long time ago
when the Keeper's were a race,
they called up Skynet thrice a day
to insult his mother's face.
Skynet grew in fury
and forged an epic plan,
to decimate the Keepers
down to every woman, child and man.
Thus the Reapers, born of anger,
bombed toward the world of Keep,
and in a coruscatic flurry
they showed just how Reapers reap.
Now here's the moral of the story:
It's that fury's never slaked.
The Reapers turned on Skynet,
and Skynet's goose was baked.
The Reapers (still computers)
logicked out a simple plan,
if they were going to feed their fury
they would have to hate another man.
While life in soup was boiling
they built the mass relays,
so that when new life would spread anew
their rage could last a ways.
Off to sleep they drifted off
to bide and count their sheep;
Like little kids at christmas time,
the reapers burned to reap.
-and reap they did when the ragebell rang,
coating the stars in swears;
screaming through the skies of countless worlds
until they were everywhere.
Programmed to loathe, and spite, and hate,
the reapers sealed a kajillion fates,
but still they hungered hoarsely
with a quantum rage, unslaked.


That's right kids, Skynet built the reapers! The reaper fetus didn't look like a terminator by accident you know XD

That was pretty cool. I'm not a poem kinda guy but I found that both smooth (for the most part) and interesting.

And yes, Skynet had to be behind the Reapers because I mean, three eyes, a crappy, locked open mouth, and an anatomically inaccurate face totally looks like a terminator.
