After completing the main quest I went through the credits and resumed the game to complete unfinished quests but upon leaving the Hawke estate I found the only places I can go is the black emporium or back into the Hawke estate even though I have uncompleted quests. All other locations are darkened and I can't select them. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix this?
Can't go anywhere....

Not a problem. There is nothing to fix. The post-campaign save is simply to allow you to play future DLC, if and when you decide to purchase it. Since the Black Emporium is technically DLC (although many of us got it with the signature edition), we can still travel there.

Think of it this way, the years have now passed and those quests are no longer there.
The right thing to have done, programming wise, would have nothing show up after the Final Act.
