I think it would be pretty bad if Shepard fought Harbinger head on like the Human Reaper. I mean wasn't it bad enough fighting that human reaper at the end. It wasn't even close to being the proper size for a Reaper, unless it was in some kind of embryo stage and the metal would somehow grow making it much bigger.

I think possibly Harbinger possessing the Virmire survivor will be the final battle, followed somehow by the Reapers losing their shields and being one shotted like Sovereign was.

Honestly, I hope Bioware comes up with something awesome. I'm confident they'll make a great game, but jeez. They've built up the most intimidating and evil/superior bad guys in gaming history. I just hope they have a spectacular final boss battle that makes sense.
