Does not sound like any kind of final boss. Maybe we'll end up destroying its Reaper form in the game at some point, but there are going to be a lot of Reapers. Too many to destroy with conventional methods if Sovereign was anything to go by, which means they'll all be plotbombed somehow. Either by Team Shepard or by the Illusive Man if I am any judge.

No final boss. You have to infiltrate Harbinger, upload a virus into his processing core/brain, and escape before he explodes. A helmeted Shepard grips the bulkhead of the cargo bay as he watches Harbinger explode from the back of the Normandy. Cue credits. End credits. Reaper audio sequence "You think you've won Shepard. But humanity will fall. Someday."  Mass Effect 3 Logo.  Return to title screen.

some super ancient being and creator (or last living being) of the reapers or the source of a reaper. idk some kind of force living thing, something that you have to shoot but also use your surrounding to help you and make it weak and vulnerable as you also has to take cover and run while its invulnerable. It must be a strategic,dramatic and long fight.

Why every game has to have some stupid last uberbossfight? At the end of game I would feel epic enough when I see last Reapers dying. I don´t need another Saren/Meredith/evilbadbossfight no. 157 for that.

Man, that would be horrible, but also interesting. Maybe Shepard discovers his cybernetics are based on tech from Sovereign, and that he can modify them to mess up Harbinger if he interfaces with Shepard directly. Normally I'd hate to see the old "deus ex machina virus" plot, but if it required Shepard to sacrifice himself it could be interesting.

I think it would be pretty bad if Shepard fought Harbinger head on like the Human Reaper. I mean wasn't it bad enough fighting that human reaper at the end. It wasn't even close to being the proper size for a Reaper, unless it was in some kind of embryo stage and the metal would somehow grow making it much bigger.

I think possibly Harbinger possessing the Virmire survivor will be the final battle, followed somehow by the Reapers losing their shields and being one shotted like Sovereign was.

The thing is called a Reaper Larva, which is the insect equivalent of an embryo.
