First we fought Soverign...THEN we fought Baby Reaper...and for the grand finale in Mass Effect 3 we will fight the epic Toddler Reaper.

I would want to see a ancient alien from reaper origin or something like that but I have a strong feeling though that it will be The illusive man since *SPOILERS* I have read that he plays a big role in mass effect 3, so i kind of feel he will want to be a god-like being and want complete power over humans and beyond, you can tell too in mass effect 2 if you keep the base. see his reactions, he says something like"its not that easy" when shepard ask him to use the base resources ONLY to defeat the reapers and nothing else. so yeah I bet its the Illusive man
