 I want to play this game soooo bad but my 360 slim will not let me play it.

1.I bought the disc online it had no scratches and looked brand new but when id use it it would say "the game couldnt start.try downloading the game again.

2. i thought maybe if i bought it on xbox live then it would work but no it just says the same thing.

i have the slim 4gb 360 but i have added a 250gb HD.

please tell me theres some way to fix this thanks..
