SO I am on the third act and I am at the wounded coast. I have looked
all over the area and there aren't any bandits. ON the eastern side it
seems that an area has opened up. I went back there and some dude is
chillen but I cant initiate any kind of conversation with him! I am also
having trouble with The Awiergan Scrolls: Pride Unbound quest because I
can't find the third scroll that is somewhere around the wounded coast
location as well. Anyone have any input?

Who needs rescuing is bugged apparently. You can't complete it atm. I saw a thread about it earlier where someone posted it had been removed but not properly. Not sure if that's the case - the wiki says its just bugged.

Yeah, 4 playthroughs, never completed it. It's a bug, that's all

The Awiergan scroll is right near the entrance. Take the left (coast) path and then immediately the left dead-end.

Yeah it's bugged... the NPC which apparently triggers the quest is standing there but you cannot interact with him.

I spent ages running around the damn Wounded Coast earlier today trying to find where the quest starts just to check the Wiki to discover it's broken on all formats - completely dead. Just have to ignore it in the quest log unfortunately.

Same here. Bandit Leader just stands there but you cant interact with him. Quest FAIL.
