Okay, I've got just a few achievements I need help with, and I'd just love it if you people could help me figure these out ^ ^"

Okay, first one: Archeologist
I can never find all three secret messages in all three acts, it almost feels like one of two of them move >.<
Can anyone give me the locations for them all?

Second: Chantry Historian
I can find three of the chapters, but never one of them, and sometimes I just miss it and whatever >.<
Can I has the locations for those too?

Third, I know it says "Hidden Trophy" but I know it's the one for siding with the Templars, and I know it's 5 specific quest, cna anyone tell me what those specific quests are?

And yeah, that's it. Help? Please?

Second: When Seamus(Viscount's son) is killed as the fight starts there is a book on the lecturn in front of you that you need to read for chapter 3.

Third: Turn in or kill apostates at every opportunity, the opposite grants the Mage Achievement/Trophy.
