Bioware why can no one get the rivalmance ending with Anders where he sides with the templars? Also why don't we get a kiss from him during the mage ending but we get a kiss from all other romances at the end no matter who you side with?

I've heard that it only triggers if you do his dialog for rivalry JUST SO.
