No worries, I appreciate the offer but I've done the talking thing: probably needs a change in lifestyle but it also seems to be a physiological problem, which is poorly understood even amongst the medical community.  In my case it's likely a result of decades of insomnia, which is a tough nut to crack.

While I do not hate any insult, I do slightly get annoyed at the constant misuse of the word "noob".
