I don't really care when I'm insulted. As a teacher you get insulted more times on a daily basis than you can keep track of (by students, parents, other teachers, administrators, etc.). If you let that get to you then you'll lose it and burn out in a year. I, however, can't stand when my students make fun of each other for being smart. If a student gets  the right answers sometimes his peers make fun of him for not being an idiot. Is it just me or does that just seem bass ackwards. Also, I can't stand it when students say that something is "gay" and just mean lame.

Generally I am fairly impervious to most insults because I could care less what most people think.

I actually don't care about other peoples opinion so its pretty hard to insult me, I just don't take them seriously - however, I really hate it when people use stupid stereotypes to mock me just because I'm a little buff.
What makes me really mad is other people insulting my friends, the fun ends right there, I'm a totally over-protective person and it gets FAR worse when I'm a little drunk.
