Well apparently I am still missing 1 glitterdust and 1 orchalirum ive been to where they are supposed to be in act 3 and i already picked up the glitterdust from sudermount so it didnt register? And that orchalarium (however you spell it) i cant get into the cave in the wounded coast everything is blocked.
Been to BE and already bought the ingredients there, unless once ive beaten the game the last 2 will be at the store?
Achievement will still not unlock!!!!!!

Might have missed one from an earlier act then. In which case, yes, beat the game and check the BE with a post-game save.

I played on the PS3 and Supplier came up for me after buying a spindleweed from BE but before I got Dragons Blood, so it would appear to be simply a numerical trigger for it to appear.
That is interesting because something similar happened to me on PS3.
I had all ingredients except for 1 glitterdust. I went to Black Emporium and the only ingredient for sale was a spindleweed. So I figured I'd try it just to see, and I bought it and got the trophy. But technically, I still ended the game missing 1 ingredient cause my supply list was still 5/6 glitterdust.
But, I guess it makes sense that they are now saying any 66 ingredients will do for the trophy.

Given how much headache this 1 achievement has caused me I wish it was bugged the other way around that it would have given it to me as well but it hasn't *sigh* trying to force myself to keep playing I have tons and tons of save points all over the place and hopefully it just comes up. If not then I'll have to revert to a previous save and try it another way around or something.
