I was going to buy all the DLC to mass effect and all was fine...then on the last one I had to do it 3 times to get it to go thourgh....Then when I check my bank acc I see I was charged $1 for each time I spent money and was not put back in my bank acc. It cost me $4, I ask why is EA taking money that is not theirs to take?
Bioware stealing my money.

Oh, and I only spent money 2 times, but it also took $2 for the 2 times EA did not like it.

You do know this thread you posted in is for DRAGON AGE 2 , Demo technical help ??
First off ME is further down the page, 2nd you actually need to either 1) contact your bank and dispute the charge or 2) goto http://www.ea.com and click on support there , posting here on an unmonitored chat forum will get you absolutely zero help, especially posting about ME in the DA2 forum .
