Really simple: Might and Control can be used at the same time, despite their descriptions saying they cancel each other out.  They will turn each other off if one is on already and you activate the other, but if you activate one and quickly activate the other while the first is still warming up (the icon is flashing), both will end up activated at the same time.  This was observed on my Fenris and happened automatically through my tactics setup (must have tried to activate Might and Control on successive loops), then verified manually afterwards.

This is an issue with all warrior modal skills that have exclusion.
