Just got my Kirkwall Gate litho along with all the other Dragon Age II lithos today but was amazed to see that while Matt Rhodes signed it, the lithograph is unnumbered. I thought it was me being stupid for a minute before checking to see that indeed, this is supposed to be signed and numbered. I was hoping to check in with a Mod or store employee about this issue. I'd rather not part with the litho but if this is a problem I'll be more than willing to ship it back for some kind of replacement if necessary. Would like to to know either way if this was a mistake or the store's listing is mislabeled.

First litho I've ever seen unnumbered. :blink:

Teh Blasta - this unfortunately sometimes happens and even with procedures in place to prevent one like that from getting out to a customer, it sometimes still happens. Open up a support case and have some pictures ready to send out. I've heard that they typically replace them if there are any still in stock.

They have plenty in stock as far as I can tell but yeah, I'm not upset at all or anything, just more or less confused.

@TehBlasta - this occasionally happens. what we will have you do is send us photos, destroy the litho, and I will issue you a replacement. Unfortunately we can't let you keep the un-numbered one, for numerous reasons. Shoot me an email (or open a support case) and we'll get you taken care of.

@TehBlasta - destroy the litho

Jesus... As a collector I don't even know if I can bring myself to do that. :crying:

But I see your point and thank you for getting back to me quickly. I'm not exactly sure how to "open a case" for the store so if you can direct me towards where I can go we can get this started.

Assuming you have an account (which, if you've always payed via Paypal, you might not - if so, just PM Ms. Domino), just click your account name in the upper right hand corner when accessing a THBS store. From there, an option should appear saying "Contact Support"...and, yeah - unfortunately, you'll likely have to provide pictures of the ripped/torn/shredded remains of your original Litho. :/

I submitted a case via BioWare store so I'm 100% official now. I'll more than likely post a few pics or maybe a video on the litho as proof.

Happy to say the new litho is on its way. Also weird is that the litho is now sold out apparently according to the fact it is no longer listed in the store.
