I have got the Signature Edition of Dragon Age 2 and I am missing items, I have redeemed them on the website however my gamertag has not been registered here which may be the problem why I'm missing content on DA2. However I am unable to find where I can register my gamertag. Directions?

You add your gamertag via the EA site. Your BSN account is also your EA account so log in here: https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do and go to "add Persona" to connect your gamertag to your account. Once you connect your gamertag to your EA account, you won't be able to connect it to another EA account. I only mention that because some people inadvertently find themselves with multiple EA accounts.

According to EA my gamertag is already in use, is there anyway to reassign the gamertag to my profile
