how is leveling going to be handled in ME3...

...particulalry initial leveling...since the game presumably takes place right after the end of ME2, that means a few months at most of a time lapse...will level start at 30 and go to 60 or will there be a new start at level one scenario

Hopefully it will return to ME1's leveling system.
If they don't, I just hope you won't be able to get to the highest level in one playthrough. Killed some of ME2's replay value in that respect.
