Voted, was a hard choice between NWN:HotU and Mass Effect (the first), also hard choice between Garus, Aribeth from NWN and Bastilla from kotor.

My first thought when I saw this was "Garrus Motherloving Vakarian." Then I saw the list and realized the sheer scope of it, so I actually went through very thoughtfully, considering all my options.
But no. Garrus Vakarian is my favorite character, not just out of all Bioware characters, but out of all videogame characters. He's a loose cannon cop on the edge who doesn't play by the rules

Interesting, I thought, that the top 5 are all from Bioware's most recent 2 series (ME and DA). Most of the votes for these characters come from young-ish gamers (most below 24) who haven't played many (if any) of Bioware's older titles.
