First, let me express that I'm not asking for any sort of "cheat"-y mod.
Now that we can equip our companions with whatever we want, I'm finding that "whatever I want" is actually not a very large list. I don't get very many armor drops at all. Is it possible to increase the rate at which randomly-generated armor pieces drop? That'd make it a bit easier to equip our companions as we see fit.
Thanks in advance!

It should be, but I'll have to look through the gda files for loot drops to see what is available, and possibly script additional randome drops to expand the possibilities.

You can set the rate of treasure dropping in ts_category.gda but when I messed around with it a little it didn't seem like the equipment drop rate column was being used. All I could manage was every enemy dropping junk and gold.

But that column exists?
Why wouldn't it be used, then? >.<
Maybe it affects containers but not enemies?

It appears to be labeled that way in GDApp, but I could easily be interpreting it incorrectly.
"chancetreasure" is all -1s normally, setting it all to 100s makes every enemy lootable, with 1 piece of junk and some gold. I imagine that -1 means use the default probability.
"chancemoney" seems self-explanatory, but I didn't test it, it is also practically all -1s.
"money" is almost certainly a multiplier for the amount of gold to drop.
"chanceequipment" is practically all 25s, which I would have assumed meant 25% of the time generate something from the random equipment types. But that didn't seem to be the case when I tested it.
"filterequipment" looks like a bit mask for the types of equipment that can drop, 7 (111) meaning that weapons, armor, or accessories can drop.
